Taimur Baz Khan

Deputy General Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Taimur Baz Khan is a Pakistani politician of Awami National Party Pakistan. He is currently serving as Deputy General Secretary Awami National Party Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Early Education:

Taimur Baz Khan was bron on May 3rd, 1984 in Bannu District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan. He got his early education from Army Public School Bannu and completed his Higher Secondary school in 1999 and Intermediate from Institute of Learning and Motivation Peshawar in 2001. He got his bachelor’s in Arts degree from Islamia College Peshawar, LLB from Gomal University Dera Ismail Khan and then Masters degree in History from University of Peshawar in 2007.

Political Career:

Taimur Baz Khan started his political career from the student wing of the Awami National Party Pashtun Students Federation (PSF) in 2002. He was elected as Senior Vice President of Pashtun Students Federation of Islamia College University Peshawar in 2002. He remained Chairman of the organizing committee (PSF) University Campus Peshawar in 2007. Taimur Baz Khan formally joined Awami National Party in 2008 as a worker of ANP Bannu District. He contested the 2013 General Election on party ticket from his hometown securing second position in the contest. In 2018, he was candidate of ANP from PK-87 constituency of Bannu where he got 3rd position in the general elections 2018. Taimur was elected as District President ANP Bannu in 2019. He remained on the said seat for almost one and half year when he was elected as Deputy General Secretary of ANP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He is currently advisor to the student wing of ANP (PSF). He is also a member of Central Council, Information Committee (Provincial), Provincial Council and Provincial Working Committee of ANP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
