Peshawar: Chief Minister Ameer Haidar Khan Hoti has
again reiterated his firm resolve that his government will implement the
Nizam-e-Adl Regulation, however stern action will be taken against those who
challenge the writ of the government and remain threat to the lives and property
of the public. All the initial basic home work has been completed for the
practical implementation of Nizam-e-Adl Regulation in Malakand Division.

He expressed these views while talking to media after
enquiring about the health of ANP senior leader Mohammad Afzal Khan Lala in the
afternoon.

The chief minister said that declaring those who
raised arms after Nizam-e-Adl as rebillions by Sufi Muhammad is a good
premonition. He said that Nizam-e-Adl was approved on the long standing demand
of the people of Malakand. Raising arms after this has no justification at all.
He said that some elements follow the agenda of extremism in order to
destabilize the country having no concern with NAR or peace process.

He clarified that the government will fulfill its
constitutional and legal duties for the security of lives and property of the
public and establishment of the writ of the government.
